Today I got the opportunity to work on this little beauty of a kit car!
Full front and rear Flexi custom hoses, plus clutch hose.
The job starts with a discussion with the owner regarding his requirements, if he has any preference on hose routing, hose colour, etc.
Then all the hoses are mocked up on the car, and the customer is given the chance to have a look and ensure they are happy with everything, or make changes, before the hoses are removed and taken to the van for final prep and swaging, all done on site at the customers home!
For anything other than a bog standard vehicle, there really is no alternative to having your hoses custom built to the vehicle!
